Kendra Richards Ohmann

About Me

Hello! My name is Kendra, and I work full time as a publishing assistant for Liturgical Press on the Saint John's University campus in Collegeville, Minnesota. I have a bachelor's degree in English and journalism, and am currently pursuing my masters in Rhetoric and Writing Studies. I've worked as a newspaper reporter and editor, a retail account manager, and a jewelry sales expert. But I've been editing and proofreading my entire life, and my true passion is perfecting and crafting sentences.

Outside of editing and work, my favorite things are golf, books, movies, bowling, travel, and food. I'm also really into history and genealogy, and am part of two historical genealogical societies. My husband and I also enjoy kayaking, hiking, cycling, playing board games, and camping. We have a chocolate lab named Neelix, and he likes to come with us whenever possible. We also play a fair number of video games, and watch a good amount of science fiction (mostly Star Trek and Doctor Who).
